How can I get access on my mobile phone?
The McKinsey Accelerate App is available on Android and iOS mobile devices and can be downloaded using the links below:
Please note, McKinsey Accelerate is not supported on mobile devices via a web browser.
Logging into the app:
o If using a username and password, enter your details to log in.
o If using SSO, select SSO.

What do I do if I see a 404 error or the platform stops loading?
If you see an error (such as 404) or the platform stops working, try closing the app and logging back in.
If restarting the app does not work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

What do I do if the language of my content in the app is not my preferred language?
The McKinsey Accelerate App will follow the preferred language set on your mobile device. If you want your mobile app content to be in your preferred language, set your mobile device language to match your preference.
