Logging In

Get help logging into the platform.

I cannot login.

The email address that received the program launch communication is your username. To reset your password, select 'Forgot your password?' on the login page.

If using SSO:

Select the SSO button on the login page. Confirm you are connected to your VPN, and enter any company credentials when prompted.


I cannot reset my password.

Make sure that your new password:

  • contains at least 12 characters
  • contains letters and numbers
  • does not contain 3 consecutive characters
  • does not match your username/email

If you are still unable to reset your password, contact us here​ and we will reset it for you.

If using SSO:

The reset password functionality is not applicable to SSO accounts. If using SSO, select the SSO button on the login page, and enter any company credentials when prompted.


I am getting a 'wrong credentials' error message when trying to log in.

If you get this error message, try resetting your password by selecting 'Forgot your password?' from the login page. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.



Why did the system log me out?

To protect your privacy, the system logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity.


How do I log in to the app?

The McKinsey Accelerate app is available on Android and iOS mobile devices and can be downloaded using the links below:

Please note, McKinsey Accelerate is not supported on mobile devices via a web browser.

Logging into the App:

  • Enter the URL for your organization (if you do not know it, you can select the link from your welcome email or type in the URL you use to access McKinsey Accelerate on your desktop device).

o​ ​ ​ ​ If using a username and password, enter your details to log in.

o​ ​ ​ ​ If using SSO, select SSO.

  • You'll be able to sign in without the URL next time.
