Completing your Program

Learn how to complete your digital program and group work assignments (if applicable).

My program has a group work assignment. How do I submit this in the platform?

The group coordinator for your group work assignment is in charge of submitting the final deliverable to the platform (you should have received an email indicating who your group coordinator is). Please note, the deliverable can only be submitted once.​ If you need to send an updated deliverable, contact your Teaching Assistant (TA).

My group work is not showing as completed and without the grade.

Grades for group work typically take 7 – 10 days after submission to be reflected on the platform.

What should I do if a component in my learning journey is not marked complete?

Check to see if any components of the learning journey have not been started or are in progress.

Digital Programs:

  • Select the menu (☰) in the top left corner.
  • Review the lesson lists and confirm all lessons are marked as complete with a check.
  • If a lesson is not marked as complete, navigate to the lesson pages without a check mark and complete those activities.

Assessments & Surveys:

  • Ensure you have answered all questions and have submitted your answers / responses.

If your question wasn't answered in any of these FAQs, please reach out to our support team

If you see an error (such as 404) or the platform stops working; typically the best thing to do is to close the app and log back in. This will resolve the majority of problems.  

If restarting the browser does not work; uninstall and reinstall the app.
