Common Issues

Learn how to troubleshoot common issues.

I am getting a 403 error OR the images and/or videos in the course are not loading.

These error messages might be related to network/connectivity or browser issues. Try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache​ (click here​ for instructions on clearing your cache on Chrome).
  • Try disconnecting from VPN​ or accessing the platform from another network.
  • Enable cookies​ by selecting ‘Allow all cookies’ in your Privacy and Security settings in Chrome.
  • Ensure you are notusing an old bookmarked link.

My course won't load. I see "Sorry there was a problem loading this content" message and a spinning wheel.

Try reloading the page once or twice. If reloading the page does not work, close the specific page (top right '✖') and then select 'Launch', or try navigating back to the Learning Plan and open the program again.

If you see an error (such as 404) or the platform stops working; typically the best thing to do is to close the app and log back in. This will resolve the majority of problems.  

If restarting the browser does not work; uninstall and reinstall the app.
